The Colorado American and Chinese Professional Association (CAACPA) is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, nonreligious, Colorado-registered (ID: 20021035032) and IRS-approved 501(c)(3) community organization established in 2002. It comprises a family of like-minded individuals with ties to Colorado, the United States, and China.
The Association serves as a liaison for Chinese nationals, ethnic Chinese, professionals of any ethnicity (including students), overseas Chinese, Chinese Americans, and their family members, as well as individuals with ties to U.S.-China cultural, business, or scientific exchanges. Its mission is to educate members about Chinese culture and language, serve the community, promote cultural exchange, and foster mutual development.
The Association operates in accordance with its Articles of Association. All activities and this Charter must comply with U.S. laws and regulations.

CAACPA currently oversees Huaxing Chinese School (“Huaxing”), a professional networking platform, and multiple interest groups—including pickleball, gardening, music, photography, fishing, hiking, and camping. The Association hosts annual cultural celebrations such as Chinese New Year and the Mid-Autumn Festival, along with club activities like pickleball tournaments.
科罗拉多州美中专业人士协会（CAACPA） 成立于2002年，是在科罗拉多州正式注册的非营利性、非政治性、非宗教性组织（注册号：20021035032），同时获得美国国税局501(c)(3)免税资质。本协会由与科罗拉多州、美国及中国相关联的志同道合人士组成。
协会致力于服务以下群体并建立沟通桥梁：在科生活工作的中国籍人士、华裔族群、各族裔专业人士（包括在校学生）、海外华侨、美籍华人及其家属，以及参与中美文化、商贸、科研交流的个人及其家属。协会宗旨为：传播中华语言文化、服务社区大众、促进文化交流、谋求共同发展。
协会一切运作均遵循《章程》条款，本宪章及所有活动均须符合美国相关法律法规。
